What Not to Wear



Head to Toe: Blouse, Old Navy; Skirt, Charlotte Russe; Boots, Hunter; Bracelets, H&M and DIY.

I am officially a jinx. The forecast Thursday was thundershowers and rain all day, demonstrated by the wet conditions that were occurring as I was getting ready...and decided to wear rain boots...in July. Well, as you can see by the sunny skies behind me, it turned out to be a gorgeous, steamy day in which my feet were left to swelter. Let's just say it was a pretty uncomfortable walk to my train. Next time, I'm throwing on some rubber flip flops and calling it a day.

    There was a day last week where I was expecting rain and spent the whole day plodding around in my boots as well. I need to start carrying a pair of flip flops with me so I can change midway!

    Well you can't always predict the weather but i'm so glad that you wore your Wellingtons you look really dishy and I bet that you got a lot of admiring glances like I do when I go in to town wearing my Wellingtons on a sunny day and I always smile back.

    Ah Annie as you know we Brit Girls have a love affair with Hunter Wellies, we wear them all the time and seeing you with your Wellies on makes me think that you love them as well.

    I've totally done that too - worn the rainboots and then it doesn't rain at all and you feel like a jerk! But you look super cute, love the tied blouse!
