Happy Friday my favorite elves, we made it! I just knocked out a doctor's appointment, filed a story, and have homemade broth simmering on the stove. Sean and I are traveling to visit his family down south for the holidays, so we had my parents over for an early Christmas celebration last night. We enjoyed a great spread, tasty wine, and exchanged gifts. I wore this Fair Isle sweater from my Nuuly that I have been rocking all season. I love that it's festive without feeling cliché.
The night definitely got me into the Christmas spirit, so now all that's left to do is pack up our things for the next week and a half and hit the road! How about you? Are you taking this weekend to wrap up your shopping list or binge Hallmark movies? Merry everything!

ReplyDeleteThis weekend my sister is coming to stay with my parents through Christmas so I'll probably hang over there most of the weekend. I'm done wrapping gifts so no stress there. Christian and I are planning on baking some cookies for Christmas Eve at some point over the weekend.
