One Year Later, Still Wearing White

Head to Toe: T-shirt, Urban Outfitters // Jacket, Thrifted // Pants, c/o Mavi // Bag, The Sak // Slides, Summit White Mountain

Yesterday was Sean and my first wedding anniversary. It's so true—the days are long but the years are short. This past year flew! We celebrated on Saturday by going to Brooklyn to have dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant (the same one we went to the night Sean proposed). I wanted to wear something comfy for walking in the city, and these loose-fitting paper bag slacks were perfect. Since they're a relaxed fit, I paired with a tight tee (appropriately in lavender, our wedding color). I might normally wear these with heels, but I went with comfort over height.

After dinner, Sean brought me to the Speakeasy where we first met. It was such a wonderful trip down memory lane. Yesterday, we had some delicious defrosted wedding cake and toasted our first year as a married couple. It has been such an amazing year and I'm so excited for many more to come!

  1. Yayyy, Happy Anniversary!!!! Time sure does fly, I'm at almost 7 months already, INSANE! We're going to eat our wedding cake on the anniversary of the day we met instead of our wedding anniversary because we'll be on our belated honeymoon for our anniversary, haha!
Love these white pants, they look like a pair I would actually wear! But I'm still scared to wear white pants, haha.
